U.S. M1903 canteen, marked “RIA 1914” and featuring “IOWA” on the front, likely issued to the Iowa State Guard. Retains its original cork and chain. This model was used extensively by U.S. military and state militia forces during World War I before the adoption of the M-1910 canteen.
