WWII U.S. Army Paratrooper Wrist Compass – Superior Magneto Corp.

Original World War II U.S. Army wrist compass made by Superior Magneto Corporation of Long Island City, N.Y., marked “Corps of Engineers U.S. Army.” This Bakelite‑body wrist compass was widely issued to airborne troops and other personnel for navigation during WWII, often worn on the wrist, over sleeves, web gear, or even at the ankle. Unfortunately, the face is cracked on this example.
